Depending on your preferred size, our retractable bug doors are around $1,494 to $17,310. The costs of vinyl and salt storage doors are determined by each opening; the size, vinyl weight, track, mounting style, and whether the door is single or bi-parting determine the actual price.
How wide can a side to side door be?
We can make standard retractable doors up to 60 ft. wide and 20 ft. high; other larger sizes are made available upon request. Roll-up door sizes are two times below the width of standard retractable door.
Do I need a single or bi-parting door?
You can fix a single door to just one side, then slides open to the other. Meanwhile, bi-parting doors necessitate fixing it to both sides, and you can lock the two halves together in the middle. Bi-parting is a good option for widest openings because there is less distance to slide between each half.
Do retractable doors hold up in the wind?
Yes, retractable doors hold up in the wind. The curtain remains straight in the wind due to the full-height galvanized steel pipes, which are placed evenly across the curtain. The bug door also seals along the floor due to its foam-cushioned bottom bar.
How long does it take to get a retractable door?
When you order from PAYLON, it takes between 14 and 25 days for your product to be shipped. You will find the actual delivery date at the top of your quote. There is a complete kit you can use for installation with basic tools in each door. There is also a lift inside for larger doors.
